Who Am I?

Liz MNasir has been in the property market arena since 2004. She started her Real Estate journey when she was herself hunting for a resale flat. She stumbled into her then manager who listed a resale apartment for sale.Through the conversation he discovered her hidden talent in sales and would have made a really good Realtor. She was then a "stayhome mom" with 3 young children in tow after she left her Sales Engineer job to join her husband in Brisbane, Australia who was pursueing his Bachelor back in 1997-1998. After a coffee chat with her manager, she finally decided to enrol to the then "Principle & Practice of Singapore Real Estate" course with RIA, School of Real Estate in Jan 2004. Followed immediate after by ERA Sales System Training course in February 2004. From an initial plan to be just a part time Realtor, she went full throttle to be a full time Realtor and successfully achieved her CEHA (Common Examination for Housing Agent)accreditation in her first & at only one sitting examination in July 2006. The rest was history. Real Estate to her is never a full time or part time job but "all the time!". Always there for you for her clients. Dear Friends, Clients and Investors...

I decided to be officially self-employed in 2004. I chose Real Estate as I feel I am connected to anything that has to do with Real Estate. I was approached by my manager and mentor to consider a career in Real Estate. To top it all I was under the then Goldhill Team headed by Division Director Gary Lau. Today we are all proud team of PRIME Group TOP Division in ERA for 2013; TOP Executive Group Division in 2014 and 2015.

My journey

Started in Feb 2004. Since then I have never looked back. I have never regretted making the life changing decision. From a Production Planner in a German MNC to Sales Engineer/Buyer/Estimator in a Marine industry to finally a stayhome mum to 3 young children between 1997-2003. Back then the decision to comeback to the working world was very daunting. Today with 6 grown children, Real Estate is the best career I could ever think of. I rose from Marketing Executive to Marketing Director in 2008 and to Senior Marketing Director in 2010. I obtained my CERT-in-CEHA in 2006. I was ERA TOP 300 in 2009. I took my accreditation as SAEA Mortgage Planner in 2011.

In real estate, I have helped numerous clients acquire their dream homes and assisted investors to realise their investments; many whom I now called Friends. It is always a learning journey for me. Having met and knew people from all walks of life throughout my career in ERA; has greatly impacted on how I look at LIFE today.
